As one of our great Store Managers you will get to know what customers love about our products, add in the excellent value and support we’ll provide and success is yours for the taking.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across a range of Sales, Operational and Customer Experience metrics. You’ll achieve this by producing a local strategic plan ensuring all opportunities for growth are identified and maximised; by developing, coaching and guiding your team to drive engagement, and by delivering and maintaining the highest possible retail operations standards.
So, what are we looking for?
You will be motivated, enthusiastic and strive to be the best. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of our business and our competitors and be passionate about the products and services that we offer.
You will have an excellent track record leading teams to succeeding targets and not afraid to challenge the norm or try something different.
You will have strong ethos in providing excellent customer experience, treating people with respect and empathy.
You will have a strong retail management track record in a target driven sales environment and in-depth leadership experience in a customer facing environment
You will be highly motivated and have a proven ability to lead others by example remaining at the centre of the team with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to gain trust and influence
You’ll also need to demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships on a variety of levels to influence effective contributions to store performance. Always delivering with energy, enthusiasm, determination and bring positive stamina to engage and motivate your team.
You will communicate the value of individual contributions, promote team harmony and facilitate continuous progress towards team goals
